The legal bases
Purple INK SRL relies on to use your personal information are:

Your Explicit Consent
To create an account with Buzzey and to continue using the App when our
terms change, we explicitly ask you to consent to our Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
When you use certain features of the App, we’ll also ask for your consent to
access specific data or device functions, such as the Bluetooth receiver, the
camera, your photos, contacts or location.
You can revoke your consent through your device permissions or by deleting your
account from the app, at Profile Details > Delete Account. For fraud prevention
purposes, after deleting your account, your data will be retained for 90 days
before being expunged.

Legitimate Interest
We may also use your information because we or a third party have a legitimate
interest in doing so. For instance, we need to use your information to provide
and manage your access to the App, such as storing and delivering your content
and data, protecting your account, tracking the quality of the service and
providing customer support.
Since using Buzzey is free, we may also use some information about you
to customize ads shown to you by us or by our partners.

Performance of a Contract
When you enter into a contract or into an agreement with us (for instance,
in order to purchase or to access certain features, products, services or
promotions), we may process your personal information to fulfill the terms of
that contract or agreement.

take action to protect our users.

Personal Information You Disclose to Us
To create and maintain your Buzzey account, we require certain
information that can be used to contact or identify you.
It may include, but is not limited to: your phone number, first name and last
name, gender, date of birth and email address.
To give you access to new features or promotions through the App, we may need
to request additional details, such as usernames, passwords, password hints
or answers to security questions.
Accessing paid services or products will also require you to disclose billing
information, such as your postal address, your credit or debit card number and
its associated account information.
In order to enhance your usage experience, you may also choose to reveal
additional information, such as profile pictures, personal descriptions or
preferences.
Please note that you also provide us with any personal information present in
the content you publish in the App or in communications with our customer
support department.

When you access any part of our App, periodically while you use it, as
well as when events such as notifications or errors occur in the App,

hardware information, App navigation and configuration information, as
well as other diagnostic statistics.

We'll respond to requests within the legal time span of one calendar month, which can
be extended for complex requests or for repeated requests from the same individual.
If there are doubts concerning the identity of the person sending a request, we can ask for
additional identification information.
- How Long We Keep Your Information
We store your information for as long as your account is active and for at least 2
years after your account is deactivated (at your request, for prolonged inactivity,
for breach of the Terms or for any other reason).
We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for deleting your personal information after
your account is deactivated, but we do take measures to securely store it and isolate
it from regular processing until deletion is possible.
- How We Keep Your Information Secure
We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect the security of any personal
information we process.
However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of
electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable and therefore we cannot guarantee the
absolute security of your data.
- International Information Transfers
We may collect your personal information from, transfer it to and store and process it
in countries other than your own.
We and our affiliates use servers in Romania, part of the European Union.
We also use vendors and service providers that store and process data for us, in the
United States.
These vendors and service providers have measures in place to protect your data, such

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18. If we

The App may contain elements provided by third parties that are not affiliated with us

You acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee and we are not responsible for the
safety of the content provided by third parties, nor for the safety and privacy of data
they collect from you.
Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. You should
review the individual policies of such third parties and contact them directly for
any related questions.
- Revisions to This Privacy Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to describe our current data privacy
practices and to stay compliant with applicable laws.
For every update, we'll inform you in a number of ways:
- In our App, we'll ask you to consent to the updated Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
- We'll revise the "Effective From" date at the top of the Privacy Policy that’s
available in our App and on our websites.
